What does it mean to provide leadership that truly makes a positive difference? Leading with Values is a powerful leadership tool that allows you to create and build an aligned values based culture within a small group, work-team or organisation.

By articulating your values and understanding the values of those around you, better decision making and increased productivity can be unleashed. Aligning the values of individuals and the organisation leads to greater employee engagement and enhanced productivity.

We offer:

  • A two-and-a-half-day accreditation course in Leading, Managing and Coaching by Values;

Our workshops are interactive, dynamic and fun. The Value of Values® card game is used so that participants can evaluate and prioritize their personal and shared values in a safe and supportive environment.

Following 20 years of research on values Professor Simon Dolan (ESADE Business school in Barcelona) developed the Value of Values® game and the Triaxle Model® to provide an enjoyable way to develop understanding of personal and organisational values.

Building a values based culture: one-day workshop

This interactive and highly entertaining one-day workshop provides participants with an opportunity to develop an understanding in the principles and practice of Leading with Values.

Leading with values provides a broad perspective on leading people to make a positive difference in the organisation. Participants will:

  • Understand the power of values in organisational practice.
  • Learn to use a range of diagnostic tools to assess values alignment within their area of responsibility/organization.
  • Develop specific leadership workplace practices to build a values based culture.
  • Produce a draft plan for a values based culture.

Participants can expect to gain enhanced confidence and understanding in the use of values as a leadership tool.

Leading with Values

Leading, Managing and Coaching by Values: Intensive Accreditation

This two-and-a-half day program leads to accreditation in Leading, Managing and Coaching by Values (International Coach Federation-ICF).

This program immerses participants in the principles and practices of Leading with Values whilst developing strong leadership and values based coaching skills.

The accreditation program provides a deep dive into Leading with Values. It will cover the content of the one day workshop; Building a Values Based Culture in greater detail, then build on the processes offered.

There is a significant emphasis on leadership and coaching skills development through the program. Participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Understand the power of values in organisational practice.
  • Learn to use a range of diagnostic tools to assess values alignment within your organisation.
  • Analyse their values and those of the organization in detail.
  • Develop specific leadership workplace practices to build a values based culture.
  • Produce a draft plan for a values based culture.
  • Develop specific coaching and leadership practices
  • Practice and role play numerous leadership and coaching scenarios.

Participants will receive:

  • Comprehensive materials
  • An individual set of the ‘Value of Values’ cards
  • The book ‘Coaching by Values’ by Simon Dolan
