The integrated, action learning based, peak performance leadership development program has the broad aim of enhancing organisational leadership effectiveness. It is often targeted towards groups of high potential individuals’ in organisations.

Learning Approach

The program adopts an action learning approach to organisational development. We define the action learning method as a process of learning and reflection, supported by colleagues, with an intention of applying learning outcomes in the workplace. Through action learning, individuals learn with and from each other by working on real workplace issues and problems over a significant period of time. It encompasses meeting regularly both formally and informally to progress the goals of the development program.

Our programs are always contextualised to client needs and designed around real world issues and challenges. Typically the program consists of multiple face to face modules conducted over a period of 12-24 months duration. Program participants meet as part of the program approximately every 6-8 weeks. During these formal workshop sessions key leadership paradigms, business challenges and general management and leadership knowledge is addressed. In between the formal sessions program participants are encouraged to continue to progress challenges posed during the workshop.

Throughout the life of the program, participants work on a major innovation improvement project which is presented at the final capstone module. The organisationally specific nature of the program ensures that each organisation cohort will have different outcomes. However, it is anticipated the following general outcomes should be expected.
